MANUFACTURER will repair or replace this product to the original owner free of charge, if defective in material or workmanship or both. This limited warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, alteration, abuse or failure to follow instructions supplied including proper storage. Transportation charges on parts submitted for repair or replacement under this warranty must be borne by purchaser.

MANUFACTURER'S liability under this warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing at MANUFACTURER'S option, without charge, FOB MANUFACTURER'S distribution center or authorized service center. MANUFACTURER will not be liable for any costs of removal, installation, transport or any other charges that may arise in connection with the warranty claim.

THERE IS NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY. IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO ONE (1) YEAR FROM DATE OF PURCHASE FOR FLAME-FOAM ^® APPLICATORS and FIVE (5) YEARS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE FOR FLAME-FOAM ^® CARTRIDGES. NO FURTHER REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, IS GIVEN WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT.

MANUFACTURER, ITS DEALERS AND DISTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR IN ANY WAY LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
